Get ready for an action-packed 10km adventure run through roads, fields, and scenic canal paths, featuring a range of exciting obstacles! Can you conquer the cargo nets, walls, monkey bars, and the legendary water slide?

We have always encouraged fancy dress - from prisoners to brides, we've loved seeing the creative costumes. But for 2025, we're setting a challenge - bring us your superheroes!
